1 - Charity is absolutely necessary to help the battle against HIV and we must quadrouple our efforts now to prevent 10x the cost down the line.

But as far as poverty, I have never seen any nation lift itself out of poverty through charity. In fact, you can make a good historical case that charity has increased poverty and lowered productivity in Africa.

There is only one way to rid the world of poverty, and that is by adopting a culture of neo-liberal capitolism. China and India have shown by example the way out of Africas terrible tragedy... now you just have to convince people to abondon our well-intended but harmful socialism. (not to mention war)

3 - I Shawna Avila am a very concerned student over the desicions you have made. This war that we are fighting I understand is to give the iraqies the rights that they've never had. Although what comes to my mind is that if we have our soldiers fighting over there who is protecting us? Any one at any minute can come and attack us and we would not have any one to defend us. I dont like the fact that I'm worrying about my mom and brother when they are on there way to school woundering if it's going to be the last time I see them. Mr. Bush I'm only 17 and I have my whole life a head of me please dont do any thing that the whole country will have to pay for in the end.
